The Lord of Schloss Alber faces a dilemma: the priceless sword, meant to be inherited by his eldest son, is not legally his to give away. Clara Mendel, returning from her medical studies in Copenhagen, finds a new face at the family estate - Mr. Hugo Strahm, entrusted with finding the stolen sword.
