Emerging Factors in Tax Reforms and Administration in Ministry of Finance - Afghanistan

This book is written on tax reforms and administration in Ministry of Finance, Afghanistan. Main reason was to bring positive points in the taxation system of the country. I have proposed the legalization of poppy cultivation and opium legal trade under the tight control of government and UNODC and international organizations. This legalized trade will bring wealth to the country, reduce the poppy cultivation in long run.

Rohullah Sharifi doing Doctorate in Management Studies from ISBM, holds an MBA from Bakhtar University in 2015, Kabul, Afghanistan. Also he got his MA in Political Science (Distance Learning), Indira Gandhi National Open University in December 2015, New Delhi, India. Previously, he earned his BBA from Maryam University in 2011, Kabul, Afghanistan.
